The comparable-quote principle
Comparable quotes = one specification + identical quantity tiers + explicit inclusions + consistent delivery terms
If one supplier quotes inside dimensions, another uses outside dimensions, and a third substitutes a lighter board, their prices do not describe the same job. Attach approved reference samples, drawings, artwork, performance requirements, and destination details whenever available.
