Following these guidelines helps you build credibility, attract more qualified leads, and maintain your listing in good standing.

Listing Requirements

Accurate Business Information

All company details including name, location, contact information, and service descriptions must be accurate and current.

Legitimate Business Operations

Providers must be active, legally registered businesses with verifiable operations in the packaging, shipping, or fulfillment industry.

Professional Communication

Respond to inquiries promptly. Brands expect professional, timely communication from listed providers.

Honest Capabilities Representation

Only list services, certifications, and capabilities your company can genuinely deliver. Do not overstate capacity or specialties.

Prohibited Practices

Fake or Misleading Reviews

Submitting fabricated reviews, incentivizing biased reviews, or suppressing legitimate negative feedback is strictly prohibited.

Duplicate Listings

Creating multiple listings for the same business, even under different brand names, is not allowed. Contact us if you operate multiple distinct brands.

Spam or Aggressive Marketing

Using the platform to harvest contact information or send unsolicited marketing communications to other users is prohibited.

Verified Badge Criteria

The Verified badge indicates that a provider has met our enhanced trust standards. To earn and maintain verified status, providers must:

Provide proof of business registration and insurance.
Provide accurate customer references when requested.
Demonstrate a consistent, professional response process for inquiries.
Pass our editorial review process for listing accuracy and completeness.
Have no unresolved complaints or policy violations within the past 12 months.

Review Policy

Reviews are moderated. Submitted reviews go through a moderation process before publication to check for authenticity and compliance with our standards.

Providers may respond to reviews publicly. We encourage constructive, professional responses to all feedback — both positive and negative. Providers who consistently demonstrate good-faith engagement with reviews tend to attract more business through the platform.

If you believe a review violates our guidelines (e.g., it is fake, defamatory, or from someone who was never a customer), you may flag it for review. Our moderation team will investigate and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in listing suspension, removal, or permanent ban from the platform. We aim to be fair and transparent in all enforcement actions. Providers will be notified of any violations and given an opportunity to respond before action is taken, except in cases of severe or repeated abuse.
