By accessing or using the Strategic Packaging website and directory platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Strategic Packaging provides a B2B directory platform that connects ecommerce brands with packaging, shipping, and fulfillment service providers. The Service includes provider listings, search and filter functionality, company profiles, user reviews, and informational content. We act solely as an intermediary platform and do not provide packaging, shipping, or fulfillment services directly.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Service providers may create and manage listings on the platform. By submitting a listing, providers represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading. Strategic Packaging reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
Listing plans (Free, Featured, Premium) are subject to their respective terms and pricing. Featured and Premium listings may include additional visibility, badges, and placement benefits as described on our Add Listing page.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Strategic Packaging a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
User Content must be honest, accurate, and not defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Strategic Packaging. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Strategic Packaging acts as a directory and informational platform only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or any transactions between users and listed providers.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Strategic Packaging makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any provider listings, reviews, or other content available through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
